Our Process

How we supply and install EV equipment to your premises

All installations are different but we have found that by following the below steps we can make sure you get the installation that is right for you.

Don’t worry, this doesn’t take long and we don’t try and sell you anything. We listen to you, we answer your initial questions and we get a feel for your requirements.

Typically this discussion covers:

  1. The vehicles that you use & plan to use in the future
  2. The dwell time of these on site – e.g. Logistics firms have lower site dwell time than company cars
  3. Any site constraints e.g. Supply capacity, Landlord requirements etc
  4. Timelines, budgets and funding options
  5. Back office, billing, payment & reporting requirements

Please allow 1 hour.

We’ll then arrange a suitable time with you for one of our engineers to come and complete an on site survey. These are the team that install the charge points day in day out so they’ll be able to discuss with you the best options for your site and answer any questions you may have. 

Within 48 hours of Site Survey.

We won’t be keeping you waiting and can normally provide you’re quotation within 48hrs of completing the survey. If we need a little longer then we can give you an estimate to work with in the meantime.

Not all installations require enabling works but if they are required we’ll arrange these for you prior to installation. These can include:

  • Electrical supply upgrades 
  • New Electrical supplies
  • Groundworks & Civils
  • DNO Notification & Approvals
  • Bay marking & lighting

Our team arrive and install your charging points. All our team are Level 3 qualified Electricians who specialise in EV installations. They’ll complete their work, make sure you’re up to speed with how the charge points operate and leave everything clean and tidy. 

You’ll also receive your DNO paperwork, Electrical Installation Certificate and your handover pack. 

All our charge points come with their own 3 year guarantee and we only work with manufactures who we know and who have great after sales support. However occasionally things do go wrong – your points could be damaged or develop a fault that requires a fast resolution.
