We know this is an important question for many as when you are investing in a product – you want it to last as long as possible! All of our installations come with a one-year warranty which means if there are any issues within the first year of the installation, we will come back out free of charge and take a look at what the issue may be and would replace any faulty components if necessary. It is very rare our customers do experience any issues, but we want to reassure you that if there is a problem, we will resolve it.
If there is an issue with the charge point itself, we will point you in the right direction to get the support you need from the manufacturer. All of the manufacturers have extensive support teams and are very responsive when it comes to resolving issues.
